North Greenbush Town Court

Court is in session every Tuesday evening at 5:30 p.m.

 

The Town Justice Court is usually the first and only Court that most individuals encounter.  In most cases, the Town Justices are responsible for arraigning the defendants regardless of the severity of the crime. The Town Justices preside over a variety of cases including but not limited to the following:

Vehicle and Traffic law
Criminal Law
Environmental Conservation law
Town Ordinances
Agriculture and Markets Laws;
Evictions
Small Claims and other Civil Matters.
